Before Your First Use
Rub the entire surface — inside and out — with a thin layer of cooking oil.
Place in a cold oven. Do not preheat first.
Heat gradually to 350F (175C) and hold for one hour.
Allow to cool completely inside before removing.
Care & Cleaning
Hand-wash only with warm water. Never use soap — the clay absorbs it.
For stubborn residue, scrub gently with baking soda and rinse.
Dry completely before storing. Store with lid slightly open.
Not suitable for induction. Compatible with gas, electric, and oven.
